Retro Video of the Week: "Wait" by White Lion

This week's COVID-relevant Retro Video of the Week comes to you from Denmark -- where I was exactly four years ago today.  White Lion's lead singer Mike Tramp is Danish, although he formed the band after moving to New York.  But whatever.  Their 1987 album Pride produced their two biggest hits, both of which cracked the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 -- "Wait" (#8) and "When the Children Cry" (#3).

I suppose either is COVID-appropriate -- or with virtual school and e-learning, if it was "When the Parents Cry," it would hit too close to home -- but I'm going with "Wait" because I've loved the song since the first time I heard it.  For our purposes, for the sake of human preservation, everyone needs to slow their fucking roll and wait until COVID is under control before trying to go back to normal activities.  If you want to have a huge birthday party, wait.  If you want to go to pretty much any southern state, wait.  If you want an indoor wedding with more than 50 people who aren't wearing masks, wait.  If you want to play flip cup or beer pong, wait.  Just wait, people.  Stop acting like assholes.
